I am an Assistant Professor of Psychological Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I hold a Ph.D. from Rice University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Originally from Boston, MA and Marietta, GA, I lived in Houston, TX for twelve years before relocating to Charlotte, NC. In my spare time, I love to read, watch reality television, and explore new restaurants.
