About Me

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychological Science and Organizational Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am also currently serving as the Gerontology Undergraduate Coordinator.

 

I hold a Ph.D. from Rice University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My research focuses on workplace aging, learning, and motivation across the working lifespan. Check out the Research page or download my CV to learn more! ​

 

Originally from Boston, MA and Marietta, GA, I lived in Houston, TX for twelve years before relocating to Charlotte, NC. In my spare time, I love to read, watch reality television, and explore new restaurants.
