About Me

I am a graduate student at Rice University's Department of Psychological Sciences. I am pursuing my PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology under the direction of Dr. Margaret Beier, and I started the program in August of 2018.

I am interested broadly in the ways that individual differences such as age, gender, and personality impact the way that individuals experience work. I am particularly interested in studying motivation across the lifespan.

Originally from Boston, MA and Marietta, GA, I have been proud to call Houston, TX home since 2011. In my spare time, I love to read, watch reality television, and find new hidden gems in Houston's food scene.
